Nick has enjoyed a successful career in the recruitment industry over the last 24 years. His unique blend of experience includes managing global client relationships, large multi-regional teams, and building shared service capability. He has worked extensively across multiple sectors and industries on a global basis. He has a proven track record in taking products and services from conception right through to execution and delivery. He is a family man and is at his happiest when surrounded by his wife and 4 children.

Vic is an accomplished Leader in Talent Acquisition, RPO, MSP, BPO & Offshoring, with over 25 years’ experience in scaling teams across the world. Vic has held a variety of senior leadership positions within the RPO, MSP and BPO arenas as well Senior TA roles for larger established corporates. As well as COO for Retinue, Vic is part of the nGAGE SMT in his role as Group Head of Offshoring. Outside of work most of Vic’s time is spent with his young family including two dogs, he is a loyal Liverpool supporter and coaches his son’s football team.

With 22 years' experience in global TA, spanning In-house, consulting & RPO, Nikki is responsible for strategic growth and leading our advisory proposition. An expert in the end-to-end talent acquisition journey, Nikki is passionate about helping clients adapt to the changing TA landscape. She is able to be both strategic and operational, understanding the unique challenges our clients face, and is committed to designing innovative, client- centric solutions. When not working, Nikki is usually found outdoors, mountain biking, skiing or hiking with her husband & twin boys.
